Pre-Sales Engineer

This position is responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process. Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand technical requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and present technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist in technical discussions.
- Respond to technical queries and provide detailed information to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and effective communication of technical information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering or similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into business solutions.
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
